This position requires a Masters degree U.S. or foreign equivalent in Instructional Technology and Media, Instructional Design or a related field; Two 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related position in instructional design; Must have two 2 years of experience with each 1 Designing curriculum content by applying instructional models, including ADDIE and 4CID Model; 2 Designing mobile applications through Android Studio; 3 Applying advanced statistical knowledge and data visualization tools that include Tableau for analyzing the learning result of the designed curriculum; and 4 Using Articulate 360 and Storyline learning technology to develop story boards for conversion into online based training.
