Requires least a Bachelors degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Genetics, Computational Biosciences or a related field; and 24 months of experience with the following sequencing, proteomic, or genotyping analysis through scientific programming or tool development; Linux or Shell scripting; processing, manipulating, and analyzing bioinformatics data using genetic, proteomic, or metabolomic data sets; and programming experience with at least one of the following languages Perl, Python, Java, C# or Javascript. Experience requirements can be satisfied through employment, training or an academic program.
