Bachelors degree in Engineering or related, plus 5 years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Additionally, position requires the followingbr 5 years experience with production and test equipment development and deployment, and designingdeveloping automation for material processing or mass production; 3 years experiencebr in production process development, end to end project planning, managing vendors and suppliers, automation inspectiontest equipment, and quality management interpreting data during deployment and continuous improvement; and 2 years experience with vendor development and quality management.br Travel to Company site in Taiwan required up to 1030 of the time.
