Juris Doctor JD degree plus one 1 year of U.S. patent litigation or prosecution experience. A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Software Programming, or a related field is required. Experience to include preparing and filing new patent applications and other patent prosecution documents; and conducting client technology and patent portfolio assessments. The applicant must be licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia. Travel as necessary, domestic, and international, up to 20. Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting must report to Arnold Porter Offices in Washington, D.C.
