This writer must have proven experience in creative and compelling writing as well as an effective working relationship with the underlying concepts and issues related to the book. Must be an efficient and effective worker and able to grasp new, arcane ideas and concepts easily. Must be able to translate the complex ideas and concepts into highly readable and understandable narrative. Must work in close, personal relationship with author. These skills do not exist in our county of 16,000 people.
