Requires Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or foreign equivalent; and two years of experience utilizing ISQFT estimation software to prepare conceptual estimates; performing inspections of concrete pouring jobs and asphalt pavement work; reviewing vendor contracts and negotiating contract terms involving contract duration, liquidated damages, and work hours; performing billing verification and preparing purchase orders based on vendor submittals; and performing project budget analysis including assessment of budget forecast, monthly billing, and labor costs. Travel required for weekly site visits to job sites in Edison, New Jersey and Maplewood, New Jersey.
