Experience or coursework must involve identification and evaluation of problems to resolve consumers technical issues; application process design and implementation for business processes; implementing continuous improvement projects to drive process efficiency; source to pay processes and transactions such as contracts, purchase orders, receipts, invoices; identify, triage, and resolve system issues and defects; act as liaison between customer and engineering teams for faster resolution of complex issues; creation of alternative solutions and recommended best practices to ensure consumer satisfaction; manage application lifecycle management and setup projects for production landscape and knowledge in software project management, project lifecycle and types of SDLC methodologies; documentation of business requirements, functional and technical specification, and process flows; user training; gap analysis, devise contingency plans and identify potential risks; and create digitized content for user community and internal knowledgebase. 80 travel required to various client sites nationwide.
