Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent degree, Information Systems, Business, Engineering or a related field and eight 8 years of related work experience.br br Must have five 5 years of experience withinbr br Designing, configuring, and deploying SAP SuccessFactors;br Designing and configuring business processes using SAP solutions covering the following full HR processes EmployeePersonnel Administration employee master, Payroll processing, Organization Management, Talent Management, Compensation Management;br Dealing with key integration areas between SAP SuccessFactors to S4HANA and other related solutions;br Integrating SAP with external payroll processing, learning management, performance management, and benefit administration systems; andbr Using standard SAP localizations to support HR global deployments.br br Up to 20 domestic and international travel required.br br Telecommuting permitted.
