Must havebr 8 years of experience in user centered design.br 8 years of experience analyzing data through SQL.br 8 years of experience developing software products.br 8 years of experience working with various IT and business stake holders to understand the deployment process, develop and review the program plan, resolve data migration issues, review sequencing of activities and functional and technical dependencies.br 8 years of experience writing business cases for Stakeholders.br 8 years of experience working with teams during the designing, building and testing phases of projects to clarify business requirements.br 8 years of experience in OnsiteOffshore project execution model.br 7 years of experience in Agile software development processes in a role as scrum master.br 7 years of experience with UI design tools, MS Visio, JIRA and Balsamq Cloud.br 5 years of experience in Mortgage or PC Insurance domain including Policy Admin System, Servicing, and Claims and Recovery processing.br 5 years of experience with Mortgage or PC Insurance Processes in multiple functional areas, frameworks to document complex processes, identity gaps, define complex tobe processessolutions and suggest remedial mechanisms.br br Hybrid Work Model position reporting 3 days in office with 2 days remote from within normal commuting distance of the office location.
