Position requires 2 years of related experience, which requires some experience in each of the following skills Interpret soil data in the field using industry standard tools USCS soil classification system and Munsell color chart; New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection NJDEP and Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection PADEP sampling procedures and guidelines; Read, interpret, and create maps using ArcGIS; Infield diagnosis and maintenance of equipment such as sampling pumps bladder pumps, monsoon pumps, and, peristaltic pumps and chemical injection pumps sump pumps, diaphragm pumps, trash pumps, and, utility pumps for related field work; Analyze and interpret groundwater elevations and flow patterns in the subsurface using Modflow, Levelogger, and, Groundwater Modeling System GMS; HAZWOPER Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response training; and Report writing for routine regulatory reporting, such as Remedial Investigation Work Plan RIWP, Remedial Action Work Plan RAWP, and Permit by Rule PBR reporting.
