Requires a Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Engineering any, or related field.br br Position requires 2 years related experience, which must include some experience in each of the following skills Configuring Capital Investment Planning software for linear and vertical assets, including creating location and processbased hierarchy classifications for water utilities and implementing standardized hierarchybased data collection; Implementing ETL process, performing data quality checks, modeling capital investment scenarios, and analyzing risk results for Asset Management plans; Using MS Access, SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Reporting Services, ESRI ArcCatalog, ESRI ArcMap, and ESRI ArcGIS Pro and creating SQL scripts; Creating, deploying, and maintaining data collection apps using MS Sharepoint, MS Power Platform, or Fulcrum Mobile Data Collector; Analyzing and visualizing data using ESRI ArcGIS, SQL Server Reporting Services, MS Visio, and MS Power BI; Creating live reporting for analytical data using SQL Server Reporting Services or MS Power BI Paginated Reports; and Performing data migration and systems integration for asset management, including creating data models and maintaining data architecture.
