Given the mixture of theoretical knowledge and practical experience required for the role, a qualified candidate will have at a minimum a Masters degree or a foreign equivalent degree, in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field followed by three 3 years of experience as a global marketing executive at the VP level or higher in the manufacturing industry. The experience, which may have been gained concurrently, must include demonstrable experience with each of the followingbr br Defining gotomarket strategies, and identifying projects to drive market share growth and improve profitability, including MA and high growth market penetration plans.br Developing Transformative Marketing processes, methodologies, and best practices while leveraging key concepts of Lean Management and Continuous Improvement;br Implementing Transformative Marketing methodologies, best practices and processes, leveraging multiple systems, such as Clari, 6Sense, People.ai to measure campaign and pipeline effectiveness;br Leveraging crossfunctional acumen with stakeholders and interfacing with all executive and management level professionals;br Building product and solution messages focused on customer personas, and developing and executing international marketing programs.br br This position requires up to 30 international and domestic travel.
