Minimum Requirements Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a directly related field, plus three years of experience creating and managing training and development programs for professional development. The three years of experience must include three years of experience with each of the following 1 work as a customer success or account manager in a SaaS company in the ADTech industry; 2 working in the Mobile, Digital Marketing or advertising space working in or with mobile measurement partners; 3 Working with elearning authoring tools including Storyline, Articulate, or Camtasia; 4 experience with instructional design and endtoend learning processes including learning evaluation, program design, development, and delivery; 5 experience with rollout and working with a Learning Management System LMS and Employee Engagement; and 6 experience facilitating workshops both internally and externally.
