The position requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related field and two years of work experience in the job offered or a related occupation. In lieu of a Bachelors degree, employer will accept two years of additional work experience in the job offered or a related occupation.br br 1 year of experience with each of the following skills is requiredbr br 1. Organizational design and development, such as building and implementing partnerships with leadership, understanding business goals that impact work force needs and initiatives, engaging with business leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, and organization structure.br 2. Compensation Planning, such as advising on local and global compensation, benefits initiatives, and assisting with the management of leaves, disabilities, and Workers Compensation.br 3. Talent and Performance Management, such as designing and delivering talent planning activities to identify talent, leadership development priorities, and succession plans and utilizing coaching skills to assist employees and managers through development and performance matters.br 4. Coaching, such as ability to reinforce the company culture with leaders and employees, and partnering with business leaders to develop programs and initiatives.br 5. Employee Relations, such as advising on employeerelated issues, including manageremployee issues, company policies and procedures, misconduct, investigations, terminations, review of appealed terminations, reorganizations, and EEOC claims.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
