Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a finance role involving a field such as private equity, asset management or investment banking or in lieu of a degree in Finance, Business administration, or Economics, will accept a degree in any field and one additional year of experience as stated. Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following financial InstitutionsInsurance Investment Banking, FIG Private Equity or Insurance Corporate and financial planning, strategy and development; presenting complex information to key internal and external stakeholders; overseeing projectprocess to conclusion; debt strategy and execution management; and, document negotiation including asset purchase, debt, and flow arrangement. Must also have experience structuring and executing taxrelated transactions and with sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment funds. Experience may be gained concurrently. Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 15 of working time. Position based in New York, NY. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.
