Requires Bachelors or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related field followed by 5 years of progressive related experience. Requires 2 years of experience with Oracle database, PLSQL programming, and XML XSLT programming; designing IT system solutions and configuring Oracle Transportation Management OTM for land transportation business processes; providing project and technical guidance on transportation management systems; and software Development Life Cycle SDLC processes.br br Telecommuting allowed from anywhere in the US.
