One year of experience which must have involved MEMs system module design for highly challenging environments; working with FEA analysis tools such as ANSYS or other advanced FEA software tools; generating detailed 3D models and 2D component fabrication drawings for new products using Solidworks, Alibre or equivalent parametric modeling software tool; using systems including GDT to define and communicate engineering tolerances; creating manufacturing mechanical assembly drawings; creating mechanical design proposals from Stakeholder and Product Requirements; executing validationverification test requirements; managing developmental validation testing and documentation; performing Failure Analysis with detailed documentation; contributing toreview manufacturing documentation; creating concept modelsdrawings for advanced nextgeneration products; creating financial tradeoff documentation to support design ideas.
