The Employer will also accept any job title or position wherebr employee gained experience in the skills listed below.br br Two years of experience, gained at any time, which must have involvedbr characterization and modelling of high voltage power devices, including highbr voltage LDMOS, and applying IC isolation for HV mixed signal circuit design onbr BCD platforms with PDKs from different foundries; handling, probing, andbr analyzing wafers in a low dust particle environment to determine thebr performance of high voltage devices; working with in virtuoso, ADE, ADEXL,br spectre, hspice, LTspice and other circuit simulation tools for analog circuitbr designs; testing, debugging, and validating custom ICs with design and solderbr of high power PCBs, such as DCDC converter application, and creating testbr automation using LabView or FPGA; verifying and modeling at the system levelbr using tools such as MATLab, Simulink, PLECS, VHDL, Verilog, VerilogA, andorbr systemVerilog; performing postlayout simulation, improving design based onbr simulation results, debugging layout issues, and optimizing high voltage powerbr device layout; and modeling of thermal and packaging parasitics and analyzingbr different IC bonding types and their tradeoffs in terms of cost andbr performance. Must have solid oral, written, and presentation communicationbr skills to efficiently communicate across a global organization where success isbr highly dependent on collaboration and effective communication. May work frombr home 2 days per week.
