Requires a Masters degree in Supply Chain Management or related field plus 2 years experience. Requires 2 years of experience with the following Ability to develop appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost; Solid understanding of supply chain planning and cash inout forecast and strategic knowledge with end to end supply chain; Ability to develop plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing, production planning, and logistics needed to meet the changing levels of product demand; Ability to monitor and correct inventory levels at outside warehouses 3PL and internally to ensure rotation and maximize working capital; Ability to plan manage logistics activities, warehousing, and transportation while optimizing full order cycle; Deep understanding of shipping and Inco terms; Ability to establish and monitor supply chain KPI dashboard and metrics reporting to provide executives summary to management with visibility to key performance metrics for the global supply chain organization; Ability to support proper utilization and automation of ERP system for efficient supply chain operations.
