PHD degree in Chemistry or related field and completion of a universitylevel course, research project, internship, thesis, or one year of experience involving the following Serving as a mass spectrometry subject matter expert in the development of LCMSpeptide mapping for identification and quantitation of biotherapeutic quality attributes and supporting the development, qualification and implementation of such methods to support identification and characterization of biological products; Serving as a mass spectrometry subject matter expert in the development of LCMS based identification and quantitation of quality attributes and supporting the development, qualification and implementation of such methods in NonGMP or GMP laboratories to support characterization and testing of products; Operating various mass spectrometers such as thermo QExactive, Qexactive plus, QExactive HF, waters g2TOF, Synapt g2, or Agilent TOF, and LC instrumentation such as waters Acquity HPLCUHPLC, thermo fisher scientific ultimate 3000, or Agilent 1290 infinity ii system; Interacting proactively with instrument and software vendors for building knowledge; Authoring and reviewing controlled documents and optimization of analytical methods to improve method performance and efficiency; and Authoring and reviewing external publications in peerreviewed journals by generating critical scientific findings.
