Masters degree in Business Analytics Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience involving the following Business requirement gathering, elicitation, analysis, translation into technical requirements, as well as experience recommending solutions and working with Scrum Agile Software Development Lifecycle SDLC delivery methodology; Developing technical solutions with Cloud technologies such as Salesforce Service Cloud, and Web technologies, or services such as Microsoft ASP.NET, SOAP, REST and XML; Developing technical solutions with Integration technologies such as Microsoft BizTalk or MuleSoft, or Relational Database Management System RDBMS technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle PLSQL; Developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports using Tableau, SQL Server Reporting Services SSRS, Cognos or Spotfire reporting platforms, tracking project milestones using Microsoft Project, and managing Scrum boards using JIRA; Modeling workflows, incidents and configuration details using ServiceNow as well as experience creating comprehensive test plans, executing functional and regression test scripts using HP Application Lifecycle Management platform; Analyzing business processes and associated gaps, identifying appropriate technology enabler as well as experience preparing process models using Microsoft Visio, creating Business Requirement, Functional Requirement, and System Design documents; Handling successful delivery of projects with appropriate planning, financial, resource, vendor, risk management, and developing business cases to request funds for digital innovation opportunities; and Understanding of system validation for GxP systems as per FDA CFR Part 11.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position.
