Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field 4 years of experience involving the following Performing project management,br including leading teams, defining budget and providing financial management; Implementing technology enabled business transformation projects; Developing a multiyear technology planbr and ability to build compelling business cases with accurate cost and effort estimations; Understand business functionality and translate it into application and functional requirements;br Working with business application owners and development teams to document and clarify business and user requirements and manage scope of defined features and functions duringbr project lifecycle; Prioritizing, leading, and directing multifunctional teams to address and solve technical and business issues; and Leading continuous improvement activities by driving thebr implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position.
