Education Requirements This position requires a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or a related field.br Work Experience Requirements 3 years of professional work experience in business and process analysisbr Special Skills Additionally, the applicant must have experience with 1 Agile Project Management; 2 Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, and ZenDesk; 3 HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript; 4 Microsoft Excel to generate spread sheets and tables for test scripts, features and functionality documentation; 5 Quality Analysis, including regression testing, developing testing procedures, maintaining databases of known defects, monitoring bug resolutions and providing feedback on overall functionality and usability; and 6 Project documentation, Performance Tracking, Customer Support using ticketing systems, and training users on new features and functionalities for websites.
