A Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline and 3 years of experience in software development or engineering, enterprise IT architecture, contact center technology architecture, or IT consulting. In the alternative, a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience in software development or engineering, enterprise IT architecture, contact center technology architecture, or IT consulting.br br Experience must includebr 1. 3 years of experience working with leading contact center technology platforms and applications, such as Avaya, Cisco, or Genesys.br 2. 3 years of IT implementation experience.br 3. 3 years of experience leading the design, development and deployment of business software.br 4. 3 years of experience with software development life cycle SDLC and agile iterative methodologies.br 5. 3 years of experience with programming languages, including C, C, C#, .Net, Javascript, or Python.br 6. 3 years of experience integrating contact center platforms, CRMs, Computer Telephony Integration, or Work Force Management.br br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position.
