A Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Management of Technology, Analytics or a related field and 3 years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related field.br br In the alterative, the Employer will accept a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Management of Technology, Analytics or a related field and 5 years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related field.br br Must have 3 years of experience in the followingbr 1. Driving insights from web analytics and other various data sources.br 2. Web analytics automation, and data visualization.br 3. Applying digital marketing principles and best practices.br 4. Experience using Excel, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau .br 5. Analyzing, creating and implementing AB tests.br br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. This experience and skills may be obtained in any alternate related occupation, regardless of job title, as specified above.
