A Masters degree or foreign equivalent in engineering, business administration, or related field and 1 year of experience in engineering, productprogram management, or product marketing.br br In the alternative, employee will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in engineering, business administration, or related field and 5 years of progressively responsible experience in engineering, productprogram management, or product marketing.br br Experience must includebr br 1. 1 year of experience in productprogram management or product marketing experience in a technical industry;br 2. 1 year of experience conducting statistical analysis and performing data mining utilizing tools such as, excel, SQL, tableau andor related business intelligence tools; andbr 3. 1 year of experience developing and driving strategic initiatives within a crossfunctional environment.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. This experience and skills may be obtained in any alternate related occupation, regardless of job title, as specified above.
