Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills 1 frontend focused software development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; 2 cross browser compatibility, browser tuning and optimization tools and techniques; and 3 multitier web architecture.
