Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Masters degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skills designing and developing largescale, multitiered, multithreaded software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C, Java, or Perl; and Object Oriented Design.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. This experience and skills may be obtained in any alternate related occupation, regardless of job title, as specified above.
