A Masters degree or foreign equivalent, in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field and three years of experience in data analysis, operations analysis, or business analysis.br br In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Business Administration or a related field and five years of progressively responsible experience in data analysis, operations analysis, or business analysis.br br Three years of experience with each of the following requiredbr 1. Designing and developing machine learning algorithms to analyze large, diverse data sets, and improve demand forecasting accuracy.br 2. Creating reports, dashboards and metrics to review operations performance.br 3. Conducting quantitative analytics using SQL, Tableau or Python, and initiating and implementing data driven process improvement plans.br 4. Owning projects from beginning to end producing the analysis to understand the problem; convening a crossfunctional team to resolve it; and monitoring the improvements produced.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. This experience and skills may be obtained in any alternate related occupation, regardless of job title, as specified above.
