Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Engineering, or a related discipline, and 4 years of experience as an industrial engineer, manufacturing engineer, operations engineer, or related role.br br Experience required in each of the followingbr 1. 2 years of experience with complex automated material handling equipment, and systems including robotics and highspeed manufacturing.br 2. 2 years of experience developing metric reports using SQL and Excel to measure, control and provide ad hoc analyses on production KPIs.br 3. 2 years of experience utilizing Continuous Improvement techniques and applying Lean principles to reduce waste in the manufacturing processes.br 4. 2 years of experience conducting data analysis using statistical software.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position.
