A Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline and 2 years of experience in technical programproject management. In the alternative, in lieu of a Bachelors degree, Employer will accept 4 years of progressively responsible experience in technical programproject management.br br Experience must includebr 1. 2 years of experience in cross functional projectsprogram management.br 2. 2 years of experience conducting statistical analysis and performing data mining utilizing tools such as Minitab, Excel, SQL, Tableau andor related business intelligence tools.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. This experience and skills may be obtained in any alternate related occupation, regardless of job title, as specified above.
