A Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business AdministrationManagement, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Industrial Design, MIS, Computer Science, Logistics, or related discipline and 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis or technical projectproduct management. In the alternative, a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business AdministrationManagement, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Industrial Design, MIS, Computer Science, Logistics, or related discipline followed by 5 progressively responsible years of experience in product management, business analysis or technical projectproduct management.br br Experience must include 2 years of experience in each of the followingbr 1 Project management experience conducting strategic quantitative qualitative analysis in a crossfunctionalorg enterprise environment in retail, ecommerce, consulting, finance, operations or tech industry to support and improve business operations involving program, process or product management.br 2 Performing statistical analysis and advanced financialbusiness modeling for the purposes of product development or marketing utilizing excel or related business intelligence tools.br 3 Managing daytoday project communications and contributing to Sr. executive management reports and business presentations.br 4 Various substrates including folding cartons and corrugated, design and production of prototypes, and new product development.br 5 Packaging qualification practices and standards, and experience meeting production supply chain, product fulfillment, transportation and agency requirements.br 6 Managing local and international packaging suppliers.br 7 Running common packaging software AstiosCAD, AutoCAD, TOPS, or Adobe Illustrator.br 8 Standard cost system in order to optimize profitability to unit of new packaging designs or packaging concepts.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position.
