Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or a related occupation in a large scale networking environment. Must have one year of experience in the following skills IP networking fundamentals and the application of IP protocols; use of protocols and technologies, including but not limited to 802.23, 802.1d VLANsSTP, IPv4 IPv6, VPNs, BGP, MPLS, OSPF or ISIS, or HTTP; experience with either Python or PERL scripting; and working in a Linux or Unix environment including using open source software and management tools.
