Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills 1. designing and developing largescale, multitiered, multithreaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using Object Oriented Design; and C, C#, Java, or a related programming language.
