In the alternative, employer will accept 2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting analysis or data analysis in lieu of a Bachelors degree, and 2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting analysis or data analysis. Experience must includebr br 1 2 years of experience leading process improvement projects by using performance metricsmethodologies to support operations and increase efficiency involving payroll, finance, investment research or accounting operations.br 2 2 years of experience conducting sophisticated financial and root cause analysis and modeling involving large data sets to support management and investment research decisions by utilizing Business Intelligence BI tool, Advanced Excel and related research management tools.br 3 2 years of experience extracting data and analyzing high value transactions.br 4 2 years of experience developing financialbusiness models in order to identify data trends that support management decision making.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position.
