A Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Human Centered Design Engineering, Human Factors, Public Health, Cognitive Psychology, or related discipline and 1 year of user research or related research experience. In the alternative, a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Human Centered Design Engineering, Human Factors, Public Health, Cognitive Psychology, or related discipline and 3 years of user research or related research experience.br br Experience must includebr 1. 1 year of endtoend experience with all aspects of research study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting.br 2. 1 year of experience in experimental design, observational and field methods and data analysis.br 3. 1 year of experience applying user research methods including semistructured interviews, field research, surveys, questionnaire design, diary studies, and intervention studies.br 4. 1 year of handson experience conducting applied UX research in an industry setting.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. This experience and skills may be obtained in any alternate related occupation, regardless of job title, as specified above.
