A Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Design, HCI, Art or related discipline followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience in user experience design or interaction design. In the alternative, 2 years of experience in user experience design or interaction design in lieu of a Bachelors degree, and 5 years of progressively responsible experience in user experience design or interaction design.br br Experience must includebr br 1 3 years of experience creating software design solutions and scalable dynamic user interfaces for largescale, multitiered platforms using web design principles and technologies, including Wireframe Applications, Photoshop, Axure, HTML or prototyping tools.br 2 3 years of experience collaborating with developers for implementation of designs.br 3 3 years of experience rationalizing designs across crossfunctional groupsbr br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. This experience and skills may be obtained in any alternate related occupation, regardless of job title, as specified above.
