A Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business AdministrationManagement, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, Information Systems or related discipline and 1 year of experience in financial analysis or accounting analysis, or data analysis. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business AdministrationManagement, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, Information Systems or related discipline and 3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting analysis, or data analysis. Experience must includebr br 1 1 year of experience building and managing financial models for business forecasting and variance analysis using advanced Excel spreadsheet techniques such as vlookups and pivot tables.br 2 1 year of experience analyzing business processes.br 3 1 year of experience designing and implementing controls.br 4 1 years of experience in financial reporting.br 5 1 year of experience managing crossfunctional financial projects including project design, requirements and implementation.br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position.
