Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and four4 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills providing technical leadership and project management for all aspects of the software development lifecycle; and designing and developing largescale, multitiered, distributed software applications, tools, systems or services using Object Oriented Design, distributed programming, and C#, C, or Java.
