A Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related discipline and 5 years of experience in technical program management or a related field. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related discipline followed by 7 progressively responsible years of post baccalaureate experience in technical program management or a related field.br br Experience must includebr 1. 5 years of experience in software development and programproduct management experience working with distributed software systems or webbased technologies.br 2. 5 years of experience coordinating or managing projects across crossfunctional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.br 3. 5 years of experience with systems design, development, and support.br 4. 5 years of experience in working with engineering teams, as well as international teams and stakeholders.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. This experience and skills may be obtained in any alternate related occupation, regardless of job title, as specified above.
