Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered, as a Computer Systems Analyst, Software Engineer or Developer, or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Masters degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skills 1. experience in the development and management of remote support groups, international support groups, and 24 x 7 support operations; 2. developing and driving metrics to measure the effectiveness.
