Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Laws, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have two years of experience in the following skills drafting and negotiating commercial contracts; reviewing global laws and regulations and communicating those as requirements to business teams; and experience with IP licensing and other technology transactions. Must have a license to practice law in the US or a foreign jurisdiction. Up to 15 domestic andor international travel may be required.
