Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial, Systems, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial, Systems, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or related occupation as equivalent to the Masters degree and one year of experience. One year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation must involve knowledge of intellectual property regulations; experience with forecasting, planning, data analysis, optimization and supply chain logistics; and project management.
