Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and seven years of experience in the job offered, or as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or a related occupation. Must have seven years of experience in the following skills providing technical leadership and project management for all aspects of the software development lifecycle; and developing largescale, multitiered distributed software systems using Java, C#, or C; serviceoriented architecture; and distributed programming.
