Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in business analytics, supply chain, engineering, operations, or a related discipline, and 3 years of experience in vendor performance management or stakeholder management.br br Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in business analytics, supply chain, engineering, operations, or a related discipline, followed by 5 years of progressive experience in vendor performance management or stakeholder management.br br Experience must includebr br 1. 3 years of experience performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of simulated data using advanced mathematical and computational modeling techniques.br 2. 3 years of experience developing advance scientific models, computer simulations and statistical reports.br 3. 3 years of experience in using computer aided modeling, advanced programming languages and relational database management systems to generate, analyze, and quantify data.br 4. 3 years of experience in strategy discussions and providing strategic guidance and business recommendations based on analytics to executive management.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position.
