Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and seven years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Software Engineer or Developer, or a related occupation. Must have seven years of experience in the following skills technical support experience; driving projects to improve operations and supportrelated processes; handling large enterprise technical customer escalations; project and program management experience in delivering key business outcomes; and managing engineering teams in highpaced operations environment. Domestic andor international travel required up to 25.
