Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Design, Engineering or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or as a DesignInnovation Engineer, Research and Development Specialist, Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or a related occupation. Employer will also accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Design, Engineering or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills utilizing Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD; experience with forecasting, planning, optimization, and supply chain logistics; and project management and contractor management.
