A Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline and 2 years of experience in accounting or finance. In the alternative, a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related discipline followed by 5 progressively responsible years of experience in accounting or finance.br br br Experience must includebr 1. 2 years of experience in drafting technical accounting memos for complex accounting topics.br 2. 1 year experience in lease accounting and familiar with lease accounting software.br 3. 2 years of experience in team projects and deliverables involving cross functional teams.br 4. 2 years of experience related to sox controls compliance.br 5. 1 year of experience related to system implementation or in process automation.br 6. Experience providing trainings on accounting topics.br br CPA or possesses necessary credits and experience to pursue CPA.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. This experience and skills may be obtained in any alternate related occupation, regardless of job title, as specified above.
