Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline and four years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer or related role.br br Experience must includebr br 1. Two years of experience creating software design solutions and scalable dynamic user interfaces for largescale, multitiered platforms using web design principles and technologies, including wireframe applications, Photoshop, Axure, HTML or prototyping tools.br 2. Two years of experience collaborating with developers for implementation of designs.br 3. Two years of experience in Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop or other prototyping software.br 4. Two years of experience rationalizing designs across crossfunctional groups.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. This experience and skills may be obtained in any alternate related occupation, regardless of job title, as specified above.
