Juris Doctor J.D. or Master of Laws LL.M. and 2 years of experience in position offered or as an Associate Attorney working in the projects, energy, and natural resources practice area at an international law firm with annual revenues in excess of 1 billion.br br All required experience must have included drafting, reviewing and amending agreements related to supply and purchase of equipment, operation and maintenance of equipment related to project constructions, project finance and mergers and acquisitions transactions in the energy and natural resources industries; preparing comments and summarizing disputed issues in negotiations of project construction and financing agreements and coordinating feedback on such issues; communicating with client teams for drafting and negotiation clarifications both on and off deals; performing legal research on dealbased issues related to project construction by using Westlaw and LexisNexis; performing legal due diligence, inclusive of review of project construction documents; assistance with response to request for proposal bids; preparing board resolutions and final forms of agreements; preparing and overseeing preparation of closing sets of documents; coordinating preparation of and managing closing checklists for transactions.br br Must be admitted to California bar.
